Today SurvivorPlan was announced as being chosen as one of the 16 companies to be invited into the inaugural cohort of innovative cancer-focused companies that will be part of the CancerX program. These companies were chosen from hundreds of applicants, and were selected for their unique approaches to solving the biggest problems in cancer care.
CancerX is a public-private partnership announced by The White House as a national accelerator to boost innovation in the fight against cancer as part of the reignited Cancer Moonshot.
SurvivorPlan was selected by Moffitt Cancer Center and Atrium Health as their initial cancer program partners to work with during the CancerX program.
“Selection into the CancerX Program is a huge honor for SurvivorPlan,” said SurvivorPlan’s founder and CEO, Elaine Warren. “Participation in this program will give us new opportunities to expand our reach, bringing SurvivorPlan to more cancer patients and survivors. It will provide us with mentorship from some of the leading cancer centers in the country, and will help us scale our solution by working with other innovative companies and providers of cancer care. We are incredibly excited about this opportunity and look forward to working with all the CancerX mentors, sponsors, and partners over the next few months.”
